View original imageThe event was organized to share key tasks for 2024, conduct team-based task analysis, and discuss plans for functional restructuring. Participants took time to share major tasks, analyze the abolition, integration, and transfer of unit tasks, and discuss future directions for organizational restructuring.
In particular, opinions were presented that to streamline the headquarters organization, related tasks should be integrated or transferred, and support for local and school sites should be expanded to strengthen the functions of the Education Support Offices.
Based on the discussions from this workshop, the Office of Education plans to promote organizational restructuring to share tasks between the Education Bureau and the Administrative Bureau and to restructure the functions of the headquarters.
