Shot Golf, Satsuma Golf & Oncheon Resort Founding Shares Sold Out
Cost-Effective Popular Domestic Companies Acquisition of Largest Japanese Resort
Sports Complex Facilities and Famous Hot Springs for Various Uses
Golf integrated platform SHOWGOLF will close the founding shares of Satsuma Golf & Onsen Resort in Japan on the 8th.
The founding shares, which began sales on the 4th, quickly sold out due to interest and word of mouth. They were popular for their various configurations suited to different uses and cost-effectiveness. Memberships categorized as ‘Red’, ‘Red Plus’, and ‘Black’ can be used for a lifetime. Not only the member but also unnamed companions can use them. SHOWGOLF is currently preparing a second round of shares. They plan to disclose it externally with more reasonable conditions.
Satsuma Golf & Onsen Resort, acquired by SHOWGOLF last December from Daiwa Securities Group, one of Japan’s top 100 companies, has attracted attention from domestic companies and golfers since the acquisition. This is because it is the first case of a Japanese golf resort owned by a large Japanese corporation being acquired. SHOWGOLF focused on resolving inconveniences for domestic golfers. They remodeled the resort facilities and placed Korean staff to assist communication. SHOWGOLF is preparing to acquire additional resorts.
