Gwangju Bank Implements '10 AM Start Time for Childcare' Policy
Gwangju Bank is implementing the '10 AM Start Work Policy for Childcare' until May 31 in celebration of the new school semester.
This policy allows employees with children in the first grade of elementary school to delay their start time to 10 AM.
Eligible employees can choose to use this benefit for two months between March and May.
Although the working hours are shortened due to the delayed start time, there are no disadvantages such as reduced pay or promotion opportunities, making it a welfare policy attracting attention as a measure to overcome the low birthrate era.
