"Looking for Talent to Lead Future Mobility"... Hyundai Motor Company to Recruit New Graduates and Interns in March
Hyundai Motor Company is stepping up efforts to secure talent that will lead the future mobility industry.
On the 28th, Hyundai Motor announced that it will recruit new graduates and interns for two weeks from the 1st to the 14th of next month. This March recruitment will simultaneously select not only new employees but also candidates to participate in the conversion-type internship (NextGen Internship).
This recruitment will hire new graduates and interns in 24 positions across six fields: research and development, design, production and manufacturing, business and planning, management support, and information technology (IT). Applications will be accepted until the 14th of next month. Job postings by position can be checked on the website. Successful new graduate candidates will join the company in the first half of the year, and successful interns will be hired in January next year based on their summer internship performance.
To communicate with prospective job seekers, Hyundai Motor will hold a recruitment briefing (job fair) in the metaverse, a virtual space. Pre-registration will be accepted on the recruitment website, and the briefing will be held on the 6th and 7th of next month on Naver’s metaverse platform 'ZEP'. On the second day, the 7th, a separate global metaverse job fair will be held for students studying abroad.
Hyundai Motor Group was the first major corporation to introduce rolling recruitment in 2019. Recently, following the principle of 'predictable rolling recruitment,' job postings for new graduates are announced quarterly (March, June, September, December) to allow applicants to anticipate recruitment periods.
