Haenam-gun Achieves 'Excellent' Grade for 3 Consecutive Years in Comprehensive Civil Service Evaluation
Haenam-gun, Jeollanam-do, received an 'Na' grade in the 2023 Comprehensive Civil Service Evaluation jointly conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, achieving an excellent grade for three consecutive years.
According to the county on the 20th, the Comprehensive Civil Service Evaluation measures the level of civil service across 306 institutions, including central administrative agencies, local governments, and education offices, and is conducted annually to enhance friendly and accurate civil complaint handling.
From September 2022 to August 2023, evaluations were conducted by institution type based on 20 evaluation indicators across five categories: civil administration strategy and system, operation of civil complaint systems, handling of complaints through the National Sinmungo, grievance complaint handling, and civil complaint satisfaction, with grades assigned from 'Ga' to 'Ma'.
Haenam-gun not only received the highest 'Ga' grade in the civil complaint satisfaction category but also scored highly in grievance complaint handling and civil administration strategy and system, continuing its excellent evaluation in civil service.
