Legal Aid Corporation Supports Legal Consultation and Litigation for Victims of Medical Community Collective Actions
For Victims of Delays in Medical Treatment and Surgery
The Korea Legal Aid Corporation (Chairman Lee Jong-yeop) will provide legal support to citizens affected by collective actions in the medical community.
On the 20th, the Corporation announced that it will offer legal consultations and litigation support for citizens who have suffered due to delays in medical treatment or surgeries caused by collective actions in the medical sector.
To this end, the Corporation plans to dispatch its affiliated lawyers daily to the "Doctor Collective Action Damage Report and Support Center," established by the "Central Accident Response Headquarters for Doctor Collective Actions," to assist victims.
The Corporation will provide legal consultation services to citizens who have experienced harm such as delays in treatment or surgeries due to the medical community's collective actions, and if necessary, will proceed with lawsuits including claims for damages.
