Yang Hyang-ja: "Let's End All Debates in Meetings... We Must Conclude the Decision-Making System"
Yang Hyang-ja, floor leader of the Reform New Party, stated on the 19th regarding internal conflicts within the party, "Let all debates end at the Supreme Council meeting."
At the Supreme Council meeting held at the National Assembly that morning, Floor Leader Yang said, "With the general election just 50 days away, we no longer have time to delay."
Earlier, the Reform New Party has been experiencing internal conflicts over issues such as the command of the general election just a week after the merger, and the admission and nomination of Bae Bok-ju, former vice-chair of the Justice Party.
Regarding the decision-making system, Floor Leader Yang emphasized, "It should have been established before the merger. We need to show that we are different from existing parties and that we are a united party without calculating pros and cons, distinct from the two major parties."
