Jeongeup-si Recruiting Participants for the 'Jeonbuk-style Youth Vitality Allowance Support Project'

Jeongeup City in Jeollabuk-do will begin recruiting participants for the Jeonbuk-type Youth Vitality Allowance support project starting from the 14th.

According to the city on the 13th, this project was launched to encourage unemployed youth by providing job-seeking activity expenses, thereby boosting their motivation for employment and facilitating their entry into society.

The eligibility criteria are unemployed youth aged 18 to 39 residing in Jeongeup as of the announcement date, with a household income at or below 150% of the median income, and who have graduated, dropped out, or completed their final level of education.

The recruitment period is from the 14th to the 12th of next month, with a total of 96 participants planned to be selected.

Applications can be submitted through the Jeonbuk-type Youth Vitality Allowance website or the Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center homepage.

If selected, participants will receive the ‘Jeonbuk Youth Together Challenge Card’ and be supported with 500,000 KRW per month for six months, totaling 3 million KRW.

Additionally, if recipients succeed in employment or start a business during the allowance period and maintain employment for more than three months or generate sales, they will receive a 500,000 KRW success bonus for employment or entrepreneurship.

The announcement of selected candidates is scheduled for April 5th and will be posted on the city hall website or sent via text message to the selected individuals.
