Jeongeup-si Recruiting Participants and Companies for the 'Saeil Women Intern Project'
Jeonbuk Jeongeup Women's New Work Center (hereinafter Jeongeup Saeil Center) announced on the 8th that it is recruiting women and companies to participate in the 'Saeil Women Intern' project.
The Saeil Women Intern project connects participating companies with unemployed women (interns) and provides a 3-month internship period, supporting their transition to regular employment.

View original imageRegarding detailed support, companies receive an internship hiring subsidy (3 months, 800,000 KRW per month), and if they hire the intern as a regular or full-time employee and maintain employment for more than 6 months, an incentive of 800,000 KRW is provided.
Intern participants receive 600,000 KRW if they maintain employment for 6 months after the internship ends.
Eligibility for internship participation is unemployed women registered as job seekers at the Saeil Center.
Participating companies must have ▲ between 5 and less than 1,000 regular employees ▲ be enrolled in the four major social insurances, and must not have had any recommended dismissals or artificial layoffs within the last 3 months.
Last year, Jeongeup Saeil Center supported 34 people in 16 companies through the Saeil Women Intern project.
This year, the center plans to focus support by prioritizing young women in their 20s and 30s, who often experience career interruptions.
Companies and women wishing to participate can register for job openings and job seeking through the Saeil Center and then submit an application form.
