Wise AI Expands Service Area to General Professional Fields... "Patent Firms and AI Solution Supply"
Wise AI, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, is expanding its AI customer center supply area to general professional fields such as patent attorneys. Wise AI announced on the 7th that it has signed an AI solution supply contract with 'Patent Corporation Major,' a specialized institution for patent applications and registrations.
Patent Corporation Major, which signed the supply contract this time, is a patent law firm specializing in domestic and international patent registrations, trials, and litigation for various academic institutions as well as large corporations. Over the past 10 years, it has successfully registered more than 4,700 patents and utility models. During the same period, the design and trademark fields exceeded 20,000 cases.
Through this contract, Wise AI plans to build a customized AI customer response solution for Patent Corporation Major. Starting with 'AI Call (Inbound),' where AI responds to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, 'AI Chatbot' and 'AI Internet Phone Service' will be introduced sequentially.
Song Hyung-seok, CEO of Wise AI, said, "The signing of the supply contract with Patent Corporation Major is significant in that it expands the business area beyond the existing medical field to general industrial sectors," adding, "Once the solution is completed for the company, AI will handle all basic guidance, consultation, and reservations for patent registration."
He continued, "To further expand the distribution area of the AI solutions we provide and diversify revenue models, we will continue to develop services for various customers," adding, "Through this, we will maximize profitability and establish a stable foundation to ensure no setbacks in the corporate growth roadmap, including listing."

Meanwhile, Wise AI successfully completed the first open beta test of the AI internet phone service 'AiME' on the 28th of last month. Wise AI checked the service stability and completeness through about 12 days of the first beta test. The company plans to start the second beta test from the 12th. Wise AI intends to focus on error correction and UI improvements to enhance the service for the official domestic and international launch of AiME in the second half of this year.
