Targeting the Business Process Outsourcing Market
Channel Corporation, the operator of the AI business messenger 'Channel Talk,' announced on the 6th that it has signed a business agreement with CEF Solution, a business consulting firm, to strengthen global capabilities.
CEF Solution is a business process outsourcing company. Business process outsourcing refers to the delegation of all contact center business processes for handling. CEF provides services to global companies from its headquarters in New Jersey, USA, as well as in Korea, India, and the Philippines.
