Lee Jung-ae, CEO of LG Household & Health Care, purchased 1,000 shares of the company's stock.
LG Household & Health Care announced on the 5th through a public disclosure that CEO Lee acquired 1,000 shares of treasury stock through on-market purchases. The acquisition price was 300,998 KRW per share, totaling approximately 300 million KRW. As a result, the number of shares held by CEO Lee increased from 500 to 1,500.
An LG Household & Health Care representative stated, "This reflects confidence in performance improvement and a commitment to responsible management from a long-term perspective."
