Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 1st that it is accepting applications for the 'Multi-family Housing Subsidy Support Project,' which provides financial support for the management and safety of multi-family housing such as apartments, row houses, and multiplex houses, until the 23rd.
The eligible projects for support include ▲Aged Multi-family Housing Subsidy ▲Multi-family Housing Nighttime Landscape Lighting Installation Subsidy ▲Multi-family Housing Saessak Station Installation Subsidy ▲Multi-family Housing Community Revitalization Subsidy ▲Improvement of Rest Facilities for Multi-family Housing Security and Cleaning Workers, totaling five projects.
The 'Aged Multi-family Housing Subsidy Support Project' is a program that supports all or part of the maintenance costs for common areas such as roads within the multi-family housing complex, children's playgrounds, rooftops, and exterior walls. Multi-family housing complexes that have been completed for more than 12 years are eligible. The maximum support amount per complex is 50 million KRW, and 1 million KRW per household.
The 'Multi-family Housing Nighttime Landscape Lighting Installation Subsidy Support Project' provides financial support for the installation costs of nighttime landscape lighting to improve urban scenery. Applications are available for multi-family housing complexes subject to mandatory management. The maximum support amount is 50 million KRW, and individual buildings located at major scenic points within the jurisdiction will be given priority.
