Monthly Rent and Lease Deposit Interest Up to 150,000 Won per Month
Ulsan City is recruiting applicants for this year's youth household housing cost support program until the 29th.
This program is promoted to help stabilize housing for youth households and support their settlement in the region. The project budget has increased by 500 million KRW compared to last year, totaling 2.034 billion KRW.
The support amount is up to 100,000 KRW per month for rent and 50,000 KRW for rental deposit interest. Cash support is provided for up to 4 years. Housing costs will be supported for about 1,700 households, including 500 newly selected households this year.
The eligible applicants are unmarried single-person household heads aged between 19 and 39, without homeownership, residing in rental housing in Ulsan with a rental deposit of 100 million KRW or less and monthly rent of 500,000 KRW or less, and whose income is at or below 150% of the median income.
Applicants whose landlords are family members, or who live in illegal buildings, dormitories, guest houses, or commercial-residential buildings are excluded. Also, those already receiving housing support benefits from the government or local governments cannot receive duplicate support.
