Shinhan Investment Corp. Recruiting 4th Batch of Trainees for 'Pro Digital Academy'

Shinhan Investment Corp. announced on the 29th that it is recruiting trainees for the 4th class of the 'Pro Digital Academy,' a financial IT talent development program.
The 'Pro Digital Academy' is an employment-linked training program operated by Shinhan Investment Corp. since the end of 2022 to cultivate financial IT development talent. It is part of the K-Digital Training program led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Shinhan Investment Corp. was selected as a digital leading company by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for the first time in the securities industry in 2023, and has been running the 3rd class course currently, starting with the 1st class of the Pro Digital Academy in 2022.
The 'Pro Digital Academy' plans to recruit around 40 trainees in total. Regardless of major, any unemployed youth who can issue a National Tomorrow Learning Card through the Employee Training Portal (HRD-NET) can apply.
The training is conducted free of charge for a total of six months and consists of financial IT, cloud, front-end and back-end programming, and service planning. In particular, this training course includes financial special lectures and employment coaching taught by current securities company employees alongside the IT curriculum to support employment in the financial sector. It is expected to provide practical education on financial IT, which students usually have limited access to, as well as an understanding of the securities industry overall.
All trainees who complete the six-month course will receive document exemption benefits when applying for open recruitment at Shinhan Investment Corp., and outstanding graduates will be offered internship opportunities at Shinhan Investment Corp.

Meanwhile, applications for the 4th class can be submitted on the Shinhan Investment Corp. recruitment website from January 24 to February 12. After the selection process, training will be conducted for six months from March 20 to September 12.
