Anseong-si Supports Housing Renovation for Low-Income Families

Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province is accepting applications for the 'Haetsal Housing' renovation project, implemented by Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) for low-income households, until the 2nd of next month.
The Haetsal Housing project is a home renovation initiative aimed at reducing heating and electricity costs for low-income families. It includes replacing windows and doors to improve heating efficiency, reinforcing wall insulation, replacing boilers, and switching to LED lighting.
The project targets households with an income at or below 50% of the median income, with an average budget of 5 million KRW per household. However, recipients of maintenance benefits, non-residential occupants, and those who have benefited from Haetsal Housing, housing renovation projects for the disabled or severely disabled, or G Housing within the past three years are excluded from eligibility.
