Collaboration with Upcycling Brand 'Nukak'
Project 'HYBE X Nukak Upcycling Merch' Underway
Banners from HYBE artists' concerts and fan meetings are being reborn as upcycled merch (official merchandise).
On the 22nd, HYBE announced that it is collaborating with the upcycling brand Nukak to carry out the upcycling project 'HYBE X Nukak Upcycling Merch.'
Most banners displayed at artists' concert venues are discarded after events. HYBE decided to undertake this project based on the idea that upcycling some of these banners into merch could serve as a medium for fans to remember their experiences at concerts and fan meetings.
This project utilized banners from concerts and fan events of five teams: BTS, SEVENTEEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, and LE SSERAFIM. Included are banners used for BTS's 10th debut anniversary event '2023 BTS FESTA,' SEVENTEEN's fan meeting CARAT LAND, the opening shows of TOMORROW X TOGETHER and ENHYPEN's second world tours, and LE SSERAFIM's first fan meeting 'FEARNADA,' among others.
Nukak cleans the collected banners, coats them to reinforce durability, and enhances the fabric quality through anti-contamination treatment. The fabric is then cut and handcrafted into products such as ▲card wallets ▲pouches ▲string cross bags (bags worn across the body) ▲messenger bags (bags large enough to hold mail). Unlike ready-made products, the designs vary depending on the part of the banner used.
A HYBE representative said, "The upcycled merch created in collaboration with Nukak will be a unique gift and collectible that shares memories between artists and fans. We will continue to plan various merch that bring fun and emotion to fans."

Among the upcycled products, three types except the messenger bag will be sold through ‘Weverse Shop’ starting at 11 a.m. on the 23rd, while the messenger bag can be purchased via a draw (lottery) on the limited edition trading platform ‘KREAM.’ At Nukak’s offline store ‘Nukak Casa’ located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, customers can view and purchase the exhibited products in person.
