Socar "Partners with SM C&C... Activating B2B Business"
Collaboration Across All Business Areas Including Travel and Content
Socar announced on the 19th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the B2B (business-to-business) sector based on solutions, content, and services with SM C&C.
Under this MOU, the two companies plan to strengthen services across all business areas, including advertising partnerships targeting members and corporate clients, travel, and content businesses, and jointly explore new sales activities.
In particular, they will utilize Socar's corporate car-sharing service, 'Socar Business,' to integrate transportation options for business trips and incentive tourism into SM C&C's travel solutions, discovering various new services and products.
Jae-wook Park, CEO of Socar, stated, "Through comprehensive cooperation based on the technological capabilities and know-how of both companies, we will do our best to create an environment where corporate customers can use services more safely and conveniently."
