Kim Kwang-yeol, the governor of Yeongdeok County, received the Grand Prize in the Local Administrative Innovation category at the 11th Korea Knowledge Management Awards ceremony held at the National Assembly Members' Office Building on the 5th.

View original imageThe Korea Knowledge Management Awards were established in 2013 by a group of knowledge management professors and are co-hosted and supported by 20 professor organizations including the Korea University Invention Association, the Federation of Scientific and Technological Societies, the ESG Metaverse Development Institute, the Korea Economic Management Institute, as well as media outlets and the international knowledge management organization WIIPA.
This year’s awards selected the final recipients through a review by the award judging committee, targeting knowledge management professionals who created new innovative value in 2023 in the fields of politics, public institutions and local governments, academia and education, and business, contributing to national industry and social development.
