The Korea Teachers' Credit Union announced on the 9th that "the partial amendment bill of the Korea Teachers' Credit Union Act has passed the National Assembly plenary session." The recently passed 'Partial Amendment Bill of the Korea Teachers' Credit Union Act' was proposed to strengthen the legal basis for the S2B project of the Educational Institution Electronic Procurement System.
S2B is a designated information processing device used by local governments and institutions subject to the Local Contract Act. Unlike other designated information processing devices, it faced operational difficulties due to the absence of legal authority. As a result, there was an urgent need for countermeasures because the loss of sales channels for small and medium-sized enterprises, small business owners, and socially considerate companies was anticipated.
