The Asia Economy Education Center is recruiting trainees to participate in the ‘Data Expert and Industrial Business Model Planner Training Course.’ To cultivate customized personnel needed by domestic companies, the program is conducted in two stages: the ‘Development Stage,’ which focuses on theory and practice, and the ‘Practical Stage,’ where mentors from large corporations participate in industrial projects.
The Development Stage is designed so that even non-majors can easily participate, starting with basic ▲digital environment setup and ▲basic programming, followed by ▲data mining, ▲data analysis modeling, ▲UX/UI implementation, and ▲machine learning and deep learning courses. In the Practical Stage, mentors from large corporations in IT, telecommunications, food, finance, and distribution sectors propose and carry out project topics considering the actual business interests or themes of companies. This stage is characterized by gaining practical experience through solving realistic business challenges, enabling trainees to grow into practical professionals desired by companies.
Notably, this course has added subjects on recent industry trend technologies such as ▲utilizing generative AI (ChatGPT) and service app implementation, ▲using cloud platforms for work, as well as portfolio management and utilization solutions like Github technology for job preparation, and ▲algorithm training courses to prepare for corporate coding tests.
In addition to the regular curriculum, various employment support programs are provided, including certification acquisition and contest participation support to enhance trainee insights, 1:1 online employment consulting, special lectures by practitioners from big tech companies, and recommended hiring.
More than 70% of the entire curriculum consists of project practice, which results in excellent learning outcomes, allowing even non-majors to rapidly grow into data experts. Furthermore, trainees can develop into IT convergence talents equipped with both coding skills and creative service planning capabilities. Anyone can participate regardless of major or age. The wide range of career options includes development positions, R&D, data utilization (collection, analysis, statistics, processing), service planning, marketing, work automation, quality control, and consulting, making employment easier.
The head of the employment team at the Asia Economy Education Center said, “The trainees’ skills have been objectively proven by winning 11 awards last year in contests hosted by government bodies such as the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, as well as private organizations, and by the high employment rate. We guide trainees to maximize their talents and specialties to grow into unique and differentiated professionals.”
