Gwangju Bank Participates in Winia Dimchae Purchase Campaign
Gwangju Bank has joined the product purchase campaign to support the business normalization of Daewoo Winia.
Employees of Gwangju Bank participated in the Winia Dimchae purchase campaign held at Gwangju Metropolitan City Hall and purchased kimchi refrigerators worth 180 million KRW, the bank announced on the 5th.
The purchase campaign was carried out with the voluntary participation of employees to take the lead in overcoming the crisis of Daewoo Winia Group's local partner companies.
Byung-il Ko, President of Gwangju Bank, said, “We hope that Daewoo Winia’s rapid rehabilitation process will be completed so that local companies can operate normally.”

Last year, Gwangju Bank signed a ‘Special Guarantee Support Agreement for Daewoo Winia Partner Companies’ with Gwangju Metropolitan City and is also providing loans of up to 100 million KRW per company.
