"Rental Housing Application Omitted" 50s Man Arrested for Weapon Rampage at Community Center
A man in his 50s who caused a violent disturbance with a weapon at a community center after being rejected for rental housing application was arrested by the police.
The Hyehwa Police Station in Seoul announced on the 4th that they have arrested Mr. A (50) on the spot on charges of obstructing official duties and are currently investigating him.
According to the police, Mr. A went to the Sungin 1-dong Community Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, at around 2:55 p.m. the previous day carrying a weapon and caused a commotion, claiming that his civil complaint had been omitted.
It was reported that no one was injured during Mr. A's violent disturbance with the weapon.

The police released Mr. A after questioning him in the afternoon and plan to continue the investigation without detention.
