Pulmuone Food & Culture is promoting the entry of a branded cafe within its outsourced catering sites in collaboration with Twosome Place, keeping pace with the trend of upgrading company cafeterias.
On the 4th, Pulmuone Food & Culture, a food service specialist under Pulmuone, announced that it has partnered with Twosome Place to provide high-quality coffee beans and branded products at coffee and beverage stores within its outsourced catering sites.
On the 3rd, a MOU signing ceremony for a strategic business partnership between Pulmuone Food & Culture and Twosome Place was held at Twosome Place located in Jung-gu, Seoul. View original imageAccording to the agreement, both companies will cooperate on ▲ prioritizing the consideration of Twosome Place brand franchise store operators for coffee and beverage stores in outsourced catering sites ▲ expanding strategic partnerships across various business sectors through both companies' infrastructures.
Through this strategic alliance with the premium dessert cafe Twosome Place, Pulmuone Food & Culture will be able to enhance the efficiency of outsourced catering operations and service competitiveness, with plans to expand to airports and rest areas as well.
The outsourced catering business is a major operation providing meal services to various channels such as industrial sites, offices, universities, military, and hospitals. It accounts for more than half of Pulmuone Food & Culture’s total sales. In response to market changes, it entered the large corporation catering market and military catering market starting in 2021. As of November last year, it operates about 400 outsourced catering sites.
Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Pulmuone Food & Culture, said, “Outsourced catering is transforming from a place solely for meals into a complex service space offering meals, coffee, rest, and convenience facilities,” adding, “Pulmuone Food & Culture will strive to provide healthy experiences in daily life by implementing sustainable, health-focused dining spaces through collaboration with premium brands favored by customers.”
