Since last month, Eunpyeong-gu has been promoting the reduction of food waste in the district cafeteria through the 'NO Leftover Campaign,' and announced on the 29th that food waste was reduced by 13% in November compared to the previous month.
One of the secrets is the 'Food Waste Reduction Rainbow Tray,' which is marked with slashes to measure meal portions. According to Eunpyeong-gu, this tray, designed with ideas from students, is also credited with creating a case that successfully reduced school food waste by 70%.
