Construction of the National Police Agency Annex in Yongsan, Seoul in 2027
Seoul City Urban Planning Committee Decision... Construction to Start in 2025
By 2027, the National Police Agency annex and the civil complaint call center are scheduled to be established in Yongsan, Seoul.
On the 27th, Seoul City held the 20th Urban and Architectural Joint Committee meeting and announced on the 28th that it had approved the revised Yongsan district unit plan decision containing these details.
The new building will be constructed at 40-1008 Hangang-ro 3-ga, Yongsan-gu, with a building coverage ratio of 50% or less, a floor area ratio of 250% or less, and a height of 60 meters or less. The existing building was built in 1986 and has become outdated, making expansion difficult due to safety concerns, and the office space was also limited. The city expects that working conditions will improve with this new construction.
