WiderPlanet Completes Paid-in Capital Increase of 19 Billion KRW
Wider Planet, a big data and artificial intelligence (AI) marketing platform developer, announced on the 20th that it has "completed the payment for a third-party allotment capital increase worth approximately 19 billion KRW."
The recipients of the issuance are six individuals, including actor, producer, and film director Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung, WIZWIK Studio Co., Ltd., and its CEOs Park Kwan-woo and Park In-gyu, as well as Song Ki-chul.

Through this capital increase payment, Lee Jung-jae has become the largest shareholder of Wider Planet.
