The Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) announced on the 20th that it received the "2023 Family-Friendly Excellent Company Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award" in recognition of its efforts to establish a family-friendly corporate culture.
KISA has been certified as a "Family-Friendly Certified Institution" since 2013, maintaining this status for 11 years. It was recognized for its efforts such as promoting flexible working hours, encouraging male employees to take parental leave, implementing the "Family Day" program, and operating an on-site daycare center. In particular, through the family participation program "Family Day," KISA developed events that children can participate in, such as temple stays, pottery and farm experiences, as well as programs that single-person households can join.
