Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 19th that it will launch a paid membership 'L.CLUB' exclusive live commerce to secure loyal customers.
L.CLUB is a paid membership first launched by Lotte Homeshopping in the industry in 2018, offering benefits such as up to 12% discount coupons every month, free shipping, 10 times L.Point accumulation, and discounts at affiliates including hotels and cinemas.
On the 12th at 8 PM, Lotte Homeshopping launched the L.CLUB exclusive live commerce on mobile TV L.Live. They introduced a topper mattress created in collaboration between allergy care specialist brand ‘Allermang’ and the UK’s No.1 mattress brand ‘Harrison Spinks’. It was released at a membership-exclusive price discounted more than twice compared to the market price, recording 20,000 simultaneous viewers during one hour and 15 times more cumulative viewers compared to the monthly average.
On the 19th at 7 PM, they will showcase Noted Kkumi, a vitamin jelly created through collaboration between health food specialist brand 'Naturalize' and popular dessert brand 'Noted'. On the internet shopping mall 'Lotte iMall', popular health foods such as ‘CheongKwanJang’ and ‘Jongkundang Health’ will be offered with reasonable benefits including L.CLUB member-exclusive special prices and up to 10% point accumulation until the 20th.

Lotte Homeshopping plans to secure loyal customers by launching L.CLUB member-exclusive live commerce and expanding member-only benefits.
