Currently, the service offers over 50 pieces of content including ▲plays such as 'Othello,' 'Yangson Project,' and 'Story of an Old Couple' ▲classical performances like 'Jung Kyung-hwa & Kevin Kenner Duo Concert,' 'Christoph Eschenbach & KBS Symphony Orchestra, Mahler Symphony No. 2 in C minor "Resurrection",' 'Novus Quartet,' ballets 'Giselle,' 'Simcheong,' and 'La Bayad?re' ▲family performances such as 'Pinocchio' and 'Two-Wheeled Bicycle.' Monthly updates will continue to be made.
The Seoul Arts Center is collaborating with Germany's Deutsche Grammophon (DG) to film performances by DG-affiliated artists at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall, which will be available on both the Deutsche Grammophon platform 'Stage Plus' and the Seoul Arts Center's 'Digital Stage.'
As part of the collaboration, ▲on November 15, Andris Nelsons & Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra with soloist Cho Seong-jin ▲on December 15, Vikingur Olafsson piano recital have been uploaded to both institutions' platforms.
Since starting the 'SAC On Screen' project in 2013, the Seoul Arts Center has produced and distributed works in various genres every year, promoting Korean performances domestically and internationally. In response to the explosive increase in demand for performance videos during the pandemic, it operated the performance video production studio 'Silgam' and plans to dramatically expand the distribution of performance videos through the launch of 'Digital Stage.'
