The Ad Tech category is awarded to companies that bring innovation to advertising operations through advanced advertising platforms applying IT new technologies. This year, LG CNS won the bronze prize in the Ad Tech category by optimizing Coway's advertising operations.
LG CNS provided Coway with the AI-based marketing optimization platform 'MOP (Marketing Optimization Platform)' to strengthen the sales of Coway's water purifier rental service. MOP is a platform independently developed by LG CNS based on AI and mathematical optimization technologies. After introducing MOP, Coway's purchase rate of water purifier rental services through portal searches increased by 188% compared to before. The conversion rate from product advertisement clicks to actual product purchases rose by 83%, and advertising costs per product purchased were reduced by 65%.
The 'Search Performance' category of the Korea Digital Advertising Awards is given to companies that achieve advertising operation results through online search advertisements using various keywords. LG Display received the gold prize in recognition of its advertising innovation achievements for its display brokerage platform 'WE DISPLAY.' LG Display introduced LG CNS's MOP to simultaneously increase the number of visitors to WE DISPLAY and improve purchase conversion performance. LG Display achieved a 100% increase in platform site visitors and a 220% increase in estimate inquiries compared to 2022, all without increasing advertising expenses.
LG CNS MOP is currently adopted and used by approximately 550 domestic companies, including clients and advertising agencies.
