SAMG Entertainment, 'TinyTing World Pangyo' Grand Opening... "Providing a New Content Experience"
SAMG Entertainment (CEO Kim Suhoon, hereinafter SAMG Entertainment) is opening ‘Tinyping World in Pangyo’ (hereinafter ‘Tinyping World’) and is set to leap forward as a family platform company.
SAMG Entertainment announced on the 15th that it has grand opened ‘Tinyping World’ at Pangyo Famious Mall in Gyeonggi-do. ‘Tinyping World’ is the first large-scale urban character-based theme space to be established in Korea.
Spanning approximately 700 pyeong, ‘Tinyping World’ consists of five spaces: ‘Tinyping Universe (Exhibition Hall)’, ‘Magic Wardrobe (Princess)’, ‘Tinyping Croissant’, ‘Tinyping Lunchbox’, and ‘Tinyping Store’. It recreates spaces from the animation such as ‘Harmony Village’ and ‘Jewel Forest’ in reality, providing fans with an immersive and engaging experience.
Unlike simple kids cafes without a special theme, ‘Tinyping World’ features a story combined to allow visitors to experience the content’s universe in real life. ‘Tinyping World’ is designed so that not only children but also parents can enjoy viewing the ‘Tinyping Universe’ or savor desserts while experiencing the Catch! Tinyping universe together with their children.
SAMG Entertainment plans to accelerate its leap as a family platform with the opening of ‘Tinyping World’. By utilizing ‘Tinyping World’ as a platform to strengthen the interaction between content and fandom, it aims to provide special experiences not only for children but also for parents, thereby expanding its fandom. Through story-driven exhibitions, merchandise, and desserts, it intends to offer new content experiences that existing kids IPs have not been able to provide.
In the long term, SAMG Entertainment is also exploring overseas expansion of offline theme space businesses based on the ‘Tinyping World’ model. The company explained that it is in discussions with various partners to enter the offline theme space business in overseas markets such as China, where the Catch! Tinyping fandom has been established.
