Ottogi announced on the 28th that it has recruited Kim Kyung-ho, former Vice President of LG Electronics, as the Head of Global Business Division (Vice President). Kim is known to be the father-in-law of Ham Yeon-ji, daughter of Ottogi Chairman Ham Young-jun.

Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in International Economics and earned a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems (MIS) from KAIST. He worked in the consulting industry and held positions such as Accenture Taiwan Branch Manager and Vice President in charge of LG Electronics BS Europe Business.

Ottogi plans to strengthen its foundation for future growth and expand its presence in overseas markets by recruiting Kim. An Ottogi official stated, "Kim, who has achieved tangible results in domestic and international markets through professional analysis and strategic planning, is deemed the right person to lead Ottogi’s enhancement of global competitiveness.
