CEO Jaetaek Lim, who has actively engaged with employees by creating various corporate culture programs, has been recognized as the 'Communication King' in the securities industry.
Hanyang Securities announced on the 23rd that CEO Jaetaek Lim received the Grand Prize in the securities category at the Korea Communication Awards held at the Korea Press Center on the 22nd. This marks the second consecutive year of winning, following last year's Korea PR Award.
The Korea Communication Awards is a newly established award this year at the 16th Korea Communication Awards hosted by the Korea Internet Communication Association. It is awarded based on the evaluation and assessment of internal and external communication activities. Hanyang Securities received high marks in the comprehensive communication satisfaction index, which includes communication effectiveness and content competitiveness.
CEO Lim's internal communication skills are regarded as outstanding. Since his appointment in 2018, he has worked to activate communication among executives and employees. He created various programs such as City Tour Masil, Night Run Ttwillak, Rooftop Beer Fest Sunset Time, and Culture Tour Blue Moon.

This year, he conducted a unique organizational experiment by subdividing all executives and employees into 50 cells to strengthen communication. Along with this, CEO Lim also ran the 'Dolce' program, where he visited every department every morning for five months to offer encouragement. CEO Jaetaek Lim emphasized, "I will create an organization that actively gives opportunities to juniors and always keeps communication channels open."
