Mokpo Coast Guard Operates 'Seommaeul Haengbokhae' Mobile Civil Service Office
Active Administrative Services and Volunteer Activities Provided for Island Area Residents
Mokpo Maritime Police Station (Chief Kim Hae-cheol) announced on the 22nd that it operated a mobile civil service office visiting island residents.
Mokpo Maritime Police, consisting of 12 police officers and 2 volunteers, a total of 14 people, visited Yuldo in Yudal-dong, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do, and conducted mobile civil service volunteer activities.

The volunteers provided administrative services such as △handling civil complaints △consultations and explanations on various maritime-related laws △support for elderly living alone drivers and garbage collection activities at the pier and beach for about 200 residents living on Yuldo.
As part of proactive administration to alleviate inconveniences for island residents, the Maritime Police operates the ‘Mobile Civil Service Office’ to reduce the economic and time burdens of local residents, receiving great responses.
