Busan Port Authority Selected as a Leading Leisure-Friendly Company
Busan Port Authority (BPA) was selected as a 2023 Leisure-Friendly Certified Company by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the 15th.
The Leisure-Friendly Certification System is a program that certifies exemplary companies that create a work environment where employees can harmoniously balance work and leisure life and contribute to the spread of leisure culture. BPA first obtained this certification in 2020.
BPA pursues not only Work-Life Balance but also Work-Life Harmony, operating various leisure-friendly systems.
▲ In-house cafes ▲ reading and sports facilities, and other leisure activity spaces are provided throughout the company to create a leisure environment that employees can enjoy daily nearby. For leisure activities with family and colleagues, BPA actively operates ▲ in-house club activities support ▲ selective welfare ▲ family-friendly programs.
Additionally, to improve working methods by reducing overtime and encouraging longer and more frequent use of leave, BPA continues efforts to establish a culture of leaving work on time through ▲ PC-OFF ▲ total overtime management ▲ leave in 30-minute units ▲ long-term leave and compensatory leave systems ▲ awards for departments excelling in leave usage.
