KSA, NCS Corporate Utilization 'Top Helper'
The Korea Standards Association (President Kang Myung-soo) announced on the 16th that five companies consulted by the association and two consultants affiliated with the association received awards at the '2023 NCS Corporate Utilization Best Practice Competition' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
The competition aims to discover and promote excellent companies that have established job-centered human resource management systems using the National Competency Standards (NCS) and achieved positive results, as well as consultants who contributed to the utilization of NCS.

View original imageAt the competition, a total of 12 companies and 3 consultants were awarded. Megatus and Wily, companies consulted by the association, received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award, the highest prize in the corporate category. Ripaco, Fastlane, and Busan Urban Railroad Operation Service received the Chairman's Award of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, the encouragement prize in the corporate category. Additionally, Kim Jong-deuk and Hyun Chang-ho, senior consultants, received the Chairman's Award of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea as outstanding consultants.

President Kang Myung-soo stated, "As a representative operating organization that received an S grade in performance evaluations in 2021 and 2022, the association will further expand NCS-based job analysis and competency modeling consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2024."
