“Youth Employment and Startup Support” ... Korea Student Aid Foundation and Jungjin Gong Business Agency Sign MOU
The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il) and the Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kang Seok-jin) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 6th to support youth employment and entrepreneurship.
The signing ceremony, held at the Small and Medium Business Corporation headquarters in Jinju, Gyeongnam, was attended by about 10 officials, including Chairman Bae Byeong-il of the Korea Student Aid Foundation and Chairman Kang Seok-jin of the Small and Medium Business Corporation.

View original imageThrough this MOU, the two organizations plan to actively cooperate to revitalize youth employment and entrepreneurship support projects by providing excellent SME employment consulting and startup mentoring to participants in the Korea Student Aid Foundation's employment-linked scholarship programs, and offering SMEs opportunities to secure customized talented personnel.
Detailed implementation plans include cooperation in areas such as customized employment consulting utilizing the Small and Medium Business Corporation's Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center, mentoring for students aspiring to start businesses, strengthening job competency to cultivate customized talented personnel for SMEs, and joint promotion to activate the projects of both organizations.

Bae Byeong-il, Chairman of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, stated, "The signing of this MOU will be a very meaningful step to improve the employment environment for youth and alleviate the job-seeking difficulties of SMEs," adding, "Based on our experience with various employment-linked scholarship programs, we will actively cooperate with the Small and Medium Business Corporation to make our best efforts to promote youth employment in SMEs."
