Lotte Tour Development announced on the 2nd that it will hold an oyster promotion where customers can enjoy Tongyeong oysters and white wine at reasonable prices at the Steak House in Grand Hyatt Jeju, located within the Jeju Dream Tower complex resort.

Oysters can be ordered in units of 2, 6, or 12 pieces. Prices range from 8,000 to 36,000 KRW. Tongyeong oysters, which are in season, are large and have excellent flesh quality. They offer great texture and flavor. Oysters are a nutritious seafood often called "milk of the sea," containing taurine, zinc, iron, and more.

The Steak House’s executive chef, Burton Lee, also provides special homemade sauces such as Tabasco mayo sauce, mignonette sauce, and chili mayo sauce.

Burton Lee is one of the global star chefs representing Grand Hyatt Jeju. He previously served as executive chef at "CUT Singapore," a Michelin 1-star restaurant launched by Wolfgang Puck?the master of steak and the first in Asia?and at "SW Steak House" in the Wynn Palace complex resort in Macau.

Champagnes and wines that pair well with oysters, such as Veuve Clicquot, Sauvignon Blanc Siro, and Burgundy Chardonnay Boisset, are also offered. Prices start at 25,000 KRW per glass. When ordered with oysters, customers can enjoy a 30% discount.

A Lotte Tour Development official said, "We offer top-quality oysters and premium wines at reasonable prices," adding, "Guests can enjoy a gourmet trip with a panoramic view of Hallasan Mountain and Jeju city from the 38th floor, the highest floor in Jeju."
