Hotel Revenue Also Surpasses 10 Billion KRW for 6 Consecutive Months
Lotte Tour Development announced on the 1st that the net sales (amount after deducting agent commissions from total sales) of Dream Tower Casino, a foreigner-only casino within the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort, reached 19.813 billion KRW in October, marking a 38.3% increase compared to the previous month.
This is the second-highest record following July (20.09 billion KRW). The table drop amount (the amount exchanged by casino customers for chips) was 143.4 billion KRW, surpassing the previous record (132.75 billion KRW in August) by more than 10 billion KRW. The number of casino visitors also exceeded 30,000 for the first time since its opening in June 2021, reaching 30,582.
The hotel division also recorded sales of 12.41 billion KRW (separate basis), a 15.8% increase from last month (10.072 billion KRW), maintaining sales above 10 billion KRW for six consecutive months since May.

Based on rooms sold, 35,614 rooms were sold in October, an increase of 3,018 rooms compared to September (32,596 rooms). The company explained that the impact of foreign guests was significant, with the proportion of overseas direct flights to Jeju increasing from 32% in March to 61% in October.
