Korea Polo Federation Hosts 1st Polo Tournament... "Fostering Players and Expanding the Base"
The Korea Polo Federation announced on the 28th that it held the "1st Korea Polo Federation President's Cup Polo Tournament."

Polo is a game where eight players ride horses and hit a ball with a stick to score goals. This tournament was held in four categories, including youth and adult divisions. About 50 people attended, including Oh Young-hoon, Governor of Jeju Province, Lee Jong-woo, Mayor of Seogwipo, and federation executives.
Na Hye-jin, who participated in the youth division, said, "I am happy to showcase my skills through today's tournament," and added, "I will become a polo player representing Korea through more training and participation in future competitions."

Cho Jun-hee, President of the Korea Polo Federation, said, "Since the federation's establishment, we have been working to nurture domestic polo players and expand the sport's base, and have engaged in private diplomacy-level exchanges with political and economic global leaders in the Middle East, North America, and Europe," adding, "We will continue to promote Korea widely and contribute to the revitalization of polo."
