Seoul Facilities Corporation Provides 'Sports Support' to 1,000 Vulnerable Children
The Seoul Facilities Corporation announced on the 27th that its sports support activities for children from vulnerable groups surpassed 1,000 participants this year.
This year, the corporation invited children who have difficulty accessing opportunities to watch and experience sports at cultural and sports facilities such as Gocheok Dome, Seoul World Cup Stadium, Jangchung Gymnasium, and Seoul Children's Grand Park, providing free game viewing and experience events.
At Gocheok Dome, Seoul World Cup Stadium, and Jangchung Gymnasium, professional sports teams in baseball, soccer·and volleyball collaborated to operate game viewing and experience classes. At Seoul Children's Grand Park, a newly established soccer field this year, a soccer class was held in collaboration with Seoul E-Land FC for visually impaired and multicultural family children.
