The examination targeted children aged 5 to 7, with applicants recruited through local daycare centers and kindergartens. A pediatric ophthalmologist conducted detailed examinations including vision tests and automated refraction tests.
As a result of this examination, children from low-income families who require eye surgery or corrective glasses will receive support for surgery and glasses costs. Additionally, children needing occlusion therapy due to amblyopia will be provided with occlusion patches, with efforts to ensure follow-up care.
