Signing of Business Agreement
Channel Corporation, which operates the business messenger 'Channel Talk,' announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement with CS Sharing for the development of AI Customer Center (AICC) solutions and customer center innovation.

AICC is an intelligent customer center that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to enable call bots or chatbots to answer customer inquiries more quickly and accurately, thereby improving customer satisfaction and the efficiency of consultants' work.
Channel Corporation plans to reduce the time consultants spend on simple repetitive tasks through AICC and AI consultants, allowing them to focus on more important consultations and enhance the customer experience for companies using Channel Talk.
