40s Man Arrested for Distributing 'Drug Ads' Around University Area
The police have arrested a man in his 40s who distributed card-shaped advertisements that seemed to encourage drug purchases at Hongik University, Konkuk University, and Gachon University.
On the 24th, the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul announced that they had urgently apprehended Mr. A near his residence in Songpa-gu, Seoul, the previous afternoon and are currently investigating him.
It is known that Mr. A planned a fraud scheme after distributing drug advertisement business cards to cover living expenses. The police seized an unidentified liquid contained in a small container from Mr. A's residence and have requested analysis.
