Kia, Mid-to-Long-Term Strategy 'Plan S' Key Position Experience Recruitment
Kia is launching a recruitment drive to attract key talent to achieve the goals of its mid-to-long-term strategy, 'Plan S.'
On the 23rd, Kia announced that it will conduct experienced hires for 17 core positions related to the Plan S strategy until November 5.
This recruitment will take place across seven divisions: ▲ eLCV Business ▲ Customer Experience ▲ Domestic Business ▲ Corporate Strategy ▲ CSO (Safety General) ▲ Finance ▲ AutoLand Hwaseong. The 17 positions include PBV service and solution planning, production system establishment, CX strategy, and carbon reduction business development.
The recruitment process will proceed in the following order: document submission (deadline November 5), document screening (November 6?24), first interview and competency test (November 24?early December), second interview (December), final successful candidate announcement (January?February), and onboarding (February).
This is the first time Kia is recruiting experienced professionals on this scale for positions related to Plan S.
Plan S is Kia's mid-to-long-term strategy based on three pillars: ▲ Transition to an eco-friendly company that creates sustainable value (Planet) ▲ Shift to a customer-centric mindset rather than a supplier perspective (People) ▲ Transition from existing businesses to future new businesses and new revenue structures (Profit).
To help applicants understand the roles, Kia will hold online briefing sessions over three days: the 27th, 30th, and 31st of this month. Participation in the online briefings is available through Kia’s official recruitment website.
