LG Electronics Launches Unified Brand for Delivery Installation, Consultation, and AS Services
Merged with the separately operated brand 'LG Electronics BEST Care'
Unified phone consultation number... From product explanation to AS all at once
LG Electronics announced on the 23rd that it will integrate its delivery installation, consultation, care, and AS service brands under the name 'LG Electronics BEST Care.' This signifies providing the best (BEST) services that exceed customer expectations (Care) in an integrated manner. BEST stands for Beyond Expectation Service Technology.
LG Electronics explained that the integration of product services is intended to "connect customer experiences." Under the LG Electronics BEST Care brand, it will operate LG Electronics BEST Care Delivery Installation, LG Electronics BEST Care Consultation, LG Electronics BEST Care Solutions, and LG Electronics BEST Care Services.
Until now, delivery installation was handled by LX Pantos, telephone consultation services by Hi-Tele Service, subscription and maintenance services by Hi-Care Solution, and AS and HVAC system maintenance services by LG Electronics Service and Hi-M Solutek, respectively.
LG Electronics announced the launch of its integrated service brand, 'LG Electronics BEST Care.' The name signifies providing the 'best (BEST)' service from the customer's perspective in an 'integrated (Care)' manner. The new brand will be applied starting with service vehicles, followed by delivery vehicles, uniforms, business cards, and more.

Recently, the integrated brand logo was applied to 2,000 service vehicles. It will also be applied to delivery vehicles, uniforms, business cards, and name tags. In June, the phone consultation service numbers for purchase, delivery, installation, and AS were unified to 1544-7777. The business-to-business (B2B) consultation service number was unified to 1544-8777.
Regardless of product or service type, customers can consult with just one phone call. Consultation consultants handle everything from product inquiries to AS. As a result of service improvements, LG Electronics ranked first in the home appliance category of the Korea Standard Association's '2023 Call Center Quality Index' last month.
