Hogye Elementary School Wins 'Best Award' at Changwon Fire Safety Children's Festival Competition
On the 18th, the Masan Fire Station of Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, announced that Class 2 of 5th grade at Hogye Elementary School won the grand prize at the 23rd Fire Safety Children’s Festival Changwon Competition.

View original imageThe ‘Fire Safety Children’s Festival’ is held annually for 4th and 5th grade classes in elementary schools nationwide to help children acquire basic knowledge about fire and daily safety, and to provide opportunities to practice fire safety in daily life, thereby contributing to the spread of a safety culture.
This year, 470 students from 21 elementary school classes in Changwon participated, and Class 2 of 5th grade at Hogye Elementary School in Masanhwoin District was honored with the grand prize, receiving the award from the Busan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters of the Korea Fire Insurance Association along with prize money and other rewards.
Additionally, the excellence award went to Class 2 of 5th grade at Bukseong Elementary School, and the encouragement award was given to Class 1 of 5th grade at Hogye Elementary School.
