ICTK Holdings Changes Company Name to 'ICTK'
ICTK Holdings, an IoT security company based on Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) technology, announced on the 11th that it has changed its company name to 'ICTK'. ICTK also replaced its corporate image (CI) with an image symbolizing a semiconductor chip, prominently positioning itself as a semiconductor-related company.
Lee Jung-won, CEO of ICTK, stated, "Through changes in the company name, website, and CI, we are completely renewing the company’s image and aim to deliver core security technologies such as quantum cryptography and zero trust (ZT) more easily and conveniently."

ICTK has passed the technical evaluation for a KOSDAQ special listing and plans to submit a preliminary review application within this year, aiming for an initial public offering (IPO) next year.
