Nowon District Mayor Oh Seung-rok Attends Completion Ceremony for Junggye 1-dong Small Park Renovation
On the 4th at 2 PM, Oh Seung-rok, the Mayor of Nowon-gu, attended the completion ceremony of the ‘Junggye 1-dong Small Park Village Yard Maintenance Project’ held in Junggye-dong 421-67, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
The ceremony was held to commemorate the completion of the 1,642㎡ Junggye 1-dong Small Park Village Yard Maintenance Project, which had been underway since February 2023.
The village yard was newly renovated through ▲ maintenance of entrance stairs and ramps ▲ installation of pergolas, benches, and QC valves ▲ installation of blind alleys, blending block pavement ▲ and planting of trees such as Chiljahwa, Mountain Azalea, and various herbaceous plants.
The event was attended by Mayor Oh Seung-rok, city and district council members, presidents of related organizations in Junggye 1-dong, and local residents, and proceeded in the order of progress report, presentation of appreciation plaques, congratulatory speeches, ribbon cutting, and rounding.

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, said, "The old village yard has been transformed into a pleasant and beautiful small park," and added, "I sincerely thank everyone who worked hard to create a high-quality park."
